Calcutta Auction
Share in the profits when your favorite
player wins by buying them in the
Calcutta Auction. All Players in the
Championship and Intermediate Divisions
will be included. 90% Return.
The payoffs will be for the top four
players in the Main Flight, the top two
players in the Consolation, and the top
two players in the Last Chance.
Players who re-enter will maintain the
same position in the Calcutta as the
original entry.
Tournament Conditions
THE NEVADA STATE BACKGAMMON
TOURNAMENT is by invitation only. The
Nevada Backgammon Association
reserves the right to refuse entry into the
tournament and to refuse access to the
premises with no reason required. No
entrant will be allowed to play below
his/her playing level.
NO SMOKING in the main playing room
or in the hallway outside the playing room.
All fees paid onsite must be in cash.

Super Jackpot
$1000 entry fee to begin in round of 32 starting
Wednesday at 2:00 PM or 7:00 PM
$2000 entry fee to begin in round of 16 starting
Thursday at 8:00 PM
This is a “Clocks Preferred” Event
Limited Jackpot
$500 entry fee to begin in round of 32 starting
Wednesday at 2:00 PM or 7:00 PM
$1000 entry fee to begin in round of 16 starting
Thursday at 8:00 PM
The Limited Jackpot is for players not of a top
championship level. The Nevada Backgammon
Association reserves the right to disallow any entrant
from playing below his/her level.
Doubles
The Doubles Tournament will pay 1st place 70% and 2nd
place 30%.
Seniors
The Seniors Tournament is for those 50 years of age and
older. Two places will be paid; 1st place 70% and 2nd
place 30%.
Blitz
Eight player knock-outs will be held from Wednesday,
November 10th through Saturday, November 13th. The
winners of each knock-out will receive $120 and qualify
for the playoffs. The playoffs will pay two places; 1st
place 70% and 2nd place 30%. A player may win up to
two knock-outs, both of which will be eligible for byes.
Mini-Match
2-point matches with doubling cube. Re-entries allowed
and encouraged. . Two places will be paid; 1st place
70% and 2nd place 30%.
Saturday Jackpots
The $50 Jackpot is for beginners only. All players no
longer in the main flight or consolation of any division
are eligible to play in the $300 and $100 Jackpots. Two
places will be paid in each Jackpot; 1st place 70% and
2nd place 30%.
After Tournament Tournament
The After Tournament Tournament will pay 1st place
70% and 2nd place 30%.
